I am currently seeking to appoint an Office receptionist and administrator for placement asap until February 2024 (with a possibility of extension or temp to perm for the right candidate)

The successful Adminstrator will have the following skills and qualifications, or be willing to work towards:

The most favourable candidates will be those with experience working in SEND at secondary or FE level, relevant training in education, medication administration, Team Teach

Toberesponsibleforreceptionduties,answeringroutinetelephonecalls,takingmessagesandredirecting calls as appropriate and being the first point of contact to all visitors, responding to all enquiries and sign in visitors-Ensure learner files are maintained and regularly updated, and support procedures dealingwithadmissions,withdrawals,transfers, notification of health issues and changes to medication.

-Managingtheprovisionofreceptioncover-Creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, such personal files, contactinformation.-To undertake general duties to facilitate the smooth day to day operation of Nido VolansLambeth including writing letters, respond to enquires, communicate with stakeholders aboutcollegepolicies,activitiesandevents,toppingupoystercarsandissuingIDpassesforlearners,staffandvisitors.

  • Solid Adminstration in school/college
  • Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
