Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to ensure students feel included and valued.
- Help create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students' emotional and academic growth.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to develop strategies that meet the needs of children with diverse learning requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering a supportive school community.
- Monitor student progress and actively contribute to meetings and reports when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine commitment to supporting children's well-being and education.
- Experience working with children, particularly in a pastoral or inclusion role (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
