Key Responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
- Assisting students in cultivating their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologists) to monitor and advance student progress.
- Contributing to the creation of an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Supporting students across various year groups with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges.
