About The Role: Venue Manager

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the Venue Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of this standalone Venue. They will lead the Team to deliver the highest standards of service, aiming to go above and beyond the expectations of our Wedding Guests.
Responsibilities:
- Strong F&B and operational background, in delivering a high volume of wedding events, whilst demonstrating the ability to tailor every occasion to delivering those personal touches.
- Partnering our Central Wedding Sales Team,in the seamless event execution from enquiry through to Wedding delivery.
- Control payroll costs, aligned to budget and forecast.
- Showrounds & Menu Tasting:Working with the Head Chef and Central Wedding Sales Team to provide a flavour of what our Wedding Guests will experience on the day of their wedding.
- Health and Safety Monitoring:Daily compliance checks and regularly inspect all areas for health and safety compliance, addressing issues promptly and maintaining accurate 365 records.
- Security Oversight:Ensure strict stock control and take responsibility for the Venues security, especially during wedding down times.
Team Management:Support the Lead Housekeeper, onsite maintenance team, F&B Team, in delivering exceptional standards and Service.
Qualifications:
- Essential proven experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury hotel or Wedding Venue
- Prior experience of delivering volume weddings
- Strong financial acumen with experience in F&B management, including GP and payroll control.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
