This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Headteacher's office and involves a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Organise and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with discretion, patience, tact, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Utilise Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet skills proficiently.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues and the wider school community.
  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of iSAMS.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
  • Experience with iSAMS is highly desirable.
