About the role - Deputy Senco
I am currently working with this same sex faith secondary school based in Barent who are looking to appoint a Deputy SENCO to start with them this October 2024. The successful Deputy Senco will join the school on a full-time basis where they will take a lead role on strategic planning, policy development and evaluation of impact in SEND. The Deputy Senco will be for Key Stage 3 and will need to identify students who may be at risk of underachieving for SEND or social, personal or welfare reasons and to work with colleagues to put in place appropriate, effective strategies to meet these identified
