Consisting of 5 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, and 2 Associates, as well as a support team, the Commercial Property department is one of the largest in North London, and has a consistent high volume of work.


Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled legal secretary with experience working in commercial property. In the role, the successful candidate will be tasked with supporting the fee-earning team with admin tasks and documents, supporting their caseload of acquisitions and sales, landlord and tenant, and other commercial property matters.


Key Responsibilities:

Support solicitors on their varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant.

. Administrative duties

Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.


Qualifications + Experience:

. 1-year+ of experience working in commercial property law

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
