This role is integral to our busy Operations Team, supporting a diverse range of administrative tasks. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aligns with our core values of hard work, humanity, expertise, leadership, and creativity.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Front of House Duties: Manage visitor reception, handle posts, emails, and deliveries, and maintain security procedures such as guest passes and visitor logs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in ID documentation, manage email inboxes, update telephone lists, and handle general queries.
  • Document Management: Support with archiving, deeds, wills, and file management, including electronic scanning and maintaining accurate records.
  • General Office Management: Oversee photocopying, printing, stationery supplies, and maintain office organization. Assist with event preparations and manage canteen requirements.
  • Technical and Facilities Support: Provide backup for technical issues and manage facilities-related tasks across multiple locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a law firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
