A Property Manager position is available in Finchley with a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of comparable experience in property management.
Key responsibilities include arranging repairs, liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

PROPERTY MANAGER - Finchley - MON-FRI ONLY - £35-40,000PAI am currently working alongside a market leading, multi branch estate agency who are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team at their prestigious Finchley office.Responsibilities

Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants informed of progress
Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with safety requirements & current legislation
Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
Assessing and negotiating of the return of the tenant's security deposit
Dealing with and negotiating early terminations and tenant swaps
Monitoring and chasing of any rent arrears
Completing inspections and property visits

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years comparable experience
Reapit Experience
