Job Summary
The Shire London is a golf club on the outskirts of Barnet, we are the only Seve Ballesteros design course in the UK

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bar/ Catering Manager to oversee our bar/catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. The Catering Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering events such as weddings/Parties and golf days

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including logistics, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the planning process.
• Handle any issues or complaints that arise during events promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a catering management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and production.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in event planning and execution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
