Your Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents' well-being, dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, respectfully.
  • Supporting residents with daily activities, encouraging engagement and participation.
  • Building trusting relationships to create a safe, comforting environment.
  • Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to senior staff.
  • Promoting independence and choice while respecting each resident’s unique needs.
  • Assisting with medication administration if required.
