Nursery Manager - BarnoldswickPay: £35,360 - £40,000 per yearHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in Barnoldswick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, safe environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a stimulating environment for children.
- Develop educational programs aligned with early years standards.
- Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a positive nursery culture.
- Communicate with parents, addressing concerns and tracking child progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage recruitment, occupancy levels, and maintain high quality practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in early childhood education and child development.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for ensuring children's safety and well-being.
