Nursery Nurse - BarnoldswickPay: £24,310 - £36,181 per yearHours: 30-42.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
We're looking for a passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team in Barnoldswick! If you have experience in early childhood education and a love for working with children, this is the role for you. Our nurturing, home-from-home nursery offers an exciting outdoor space and Forest School opportunities, where children thrive through play and adventure.
Key Duties:
- Provide high-quality care, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Plan fun, educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Manage daily routines and keep accurate records of children's progress.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and hygiene practices.
- Mentor junior staff as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous nursery or childcare experience (2+ years).
- Early Childhood Education qualification (desirable).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Passion for supporting children's growth through play-based learning.
