Nursery Manager- ASAP start

Nursery Manager - Barnoldswick
Pay: 35,360 - 40,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in Barnoldswick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, safe environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a stimulating environment for children.
• Develop educational programs aligned with early years standards.
• Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a positive nursery culture.
• Communicate with parents, addressing concerns and tracking child progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage recruitment, occupancy levels, and maintain high quality practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a nursery setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for ensuring children's safety and well-being.
