Competitive salary package-around 45k per year

The successful candidate will be working on domestic and small commercial works in and around Yorkshire and the East Midlands. 

What will you be doing?
•    Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for projects
•    Analysing project requirements and specifications
•    Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for quotes
•    Meet with clients to discuss project requirements
•    Monitor project costs to ensure they stay on track
•    Purchase materials and services for a project

What will you need?
•    Good communication skills

•    Ability to meet deadlines
•    Understanding of data confidentiality
•    Awareness of price trends, regulations, and exchange rates
