Central Administrator – you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support for this leading healthcare organisation.

 PERSONAL / PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:Our client who operates in the healthcare sector is committed to your growth. You'll have the opportunity to participate in their training programs and take ownership of your development, learning, and performance.  CENTRAL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
  • Produce quality documentation, including composing, and typing correspondence and reports.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments as requested, including producing notes of meetings, setting up meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring follow up actions are completed.
  • Acting as a first port of call, responding in a confidential and sensitive way.
  • Responsible for compiling and completing clinical and non-clinical rotas to ensure a 3-month forecast of sufficient staffing levels.
  • Maintain effective administrative systems and procedures, actively suggesting and implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Order team stationery and ensure general office supplies for Head Office and other business locations and maintained and well stocked.
  • Ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained using relevant databases.
  • Prioritise, schedule, and produce regular, accurate and on-time reporting in line with contractual requirements.
  • Working against key measurables, gathering data insight into areas such as: call response rates; service-user satisfaction; activity and productivity rates.
  • Develop and have proficiency to train team members on SystmOne.
  • Communicate confidential and sensitive information on patients and policy issues, and complex information on corporate/directorate issues to external agencies
  • Support internal and external events, sourcing and booking venues, equipment etc., organising invitations, liaising with speakers and delegates.
  • Cover reception as and when required; welcome patients, book appointments, respond to reception desk queries, answer incoming calls, and signpost patients as needed.
 CENTRAL ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Good IT skills with proficient experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SystmOne is highly desirable.
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Resilient in dealing with emotive or sensitive issues.
  • Hands-on with a confident, can-do attitude.
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent would be ideal.
