School Administration Assistant

Reed Education is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced School Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our vibrant primary school team in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and ready to contribute to the smooth operation of our school office.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school staff and leadership team.
  • Manage the school’s front office, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including student attendance, staff records, and school inventory.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of school communications, such as newsletters and notices.
  • Coordinate school events and meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
