Excellent progression opportunity with a structural steelwork supplier managing full projects through design, manufacture, and installation.
Initially starting as a senior engineer with a view to progressing into a senior management role, the role would suit someone looking for their next career move.

As the Structural Design Engineer you will:
?Producing steelwork designs and calculations
?Working from architect GA drawings to create Tekla models
?Producing fabrication drawings for manufacture and installation drawings
?Producing bills of material
?Liaising with clients regarding technical queries and RFI's
?Ensure compliance with industry and statutory standards

As the Structural Design Engineer:
?Extensive experience working with TEKLER on steel-framed buildings is essential.
?Proven background in producing cost-effective solutions to design requirements.
?The ability to manage projects from beginning to end
?Experience in developing GA's for steelwork from architect drawings and site measurements
?Experience producing fabrication drawings.
?Have the ability to work on your own initiative,
?Confident communication skills in liaising and collaborating with customers, management, and shop floor
