Are you a talented Architect with a keen eye for detail looking for new opportunities in Barnsley?
My client is looking for an Architect with creative design flare to join their successful practice in Barnsley. The team deliver innovative designs across residential, retail and commercial projects and are passionate about providing sustainable solutions across all scales. The multidisciplinary practice has an excellent reputation across the UK and offer services through all RIBA stages.
The successful Architect will ideally have sufficient UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification and should be confident working independently and as part of a team. Ideally, you will have experience working on residential projects and should have worked through all RIBA stages. Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:
- Sufficient UK-based experience post Part 3
- ARB registered
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work through all RIBA stages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Must live a commutable distance to Barnsley
- Revit proficiency is essential
