I am searching for a motivated Architectural Technologist with strong technical abilities to join a knowledgeable practice in Barnsley. The creative team strive to creative sustainable designs across the residential, retail and commercial sectors and offers services through all RIBA stages. The multidisciplinary practice always aims to exceed client expectations and has an excellent reputation across the UK.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient UK-based experience and will ideally have worked on residential projects. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent technical skills and Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experiences for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation
- Sufficient UK-based post qualification experience
- Proficient using Revit
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent technical abilities
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must live locally to Barnsley
