The Service Improvement Graduate Trainee role:

The role of Graduate Trainee in the Customer Services team is an exciting and unique

opportunity to gain insight, knowledge, and invaluable skills in how we use customer

feedback to improve services for our customers. Providing support to the Customer Service team in delivering continuous improvement, using customer feedback.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Graduate Service Improvement Officer:

  • Provide support in delivering the Service Improvement Framework and Policy and Procedure Framework.
  • Develop policies and procedures that put the customer at the center of what we do, using data, intelligence, legislation and customer insight.
  • Research, analyse & communicate the implications of changes in Housing legislation and regulation, preparing briefing notes and reports for the Senior Management Team.
  • Utilise bespoke systems to obtain data and analyse/interpret the data to meet service requirements.

What we’re looking for in our Graduate Service Improvement Officer: 

  • Minimum of a 2.2 Degree in any discipline
  • Positive attitude to problem solving and wider work-based achievement
  • An understanding and commitment to working safely within the workplace
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to problem solve and look for solutions and opportunities in a changing environment
