- Location: Barnsley
- Salary: £45,000 per annum
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours.

- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of healthcare services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with NHS and Federation policies.
- Develop and implement service improvements in response to changing demand, contracts, and policies.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to ensure services meet targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring strong governance and safeguarding procedures.
- Provide leadership to teams across multiple sites, ensuring staff are trained, supported, and working effectively.
- Work with HR to manage workforce deployment, reduce turnover, and support staff development.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including NHS commissioners, GPs, and healthcare partners.
- Represent the Federation in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration between teams to support smooth service delivery.
- A Business Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to make cost-effective decisions.
- Experience in operational or healthcare management, ideally within primary care or the NHS.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving service improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
