Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Offer tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs
- Consistently exceed sales targets to support business growth and enhance market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a business development role, with a strong sales track record
- Experience in the energy, power electronics, or battery solutions sectors is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Strong ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making
- A self-starter with a drive to meet targets and deliver business success
- Capable of managing multiple opportunities and prioritizing effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and provide the right solutions
- A valid UK driving license is essential
