An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Executive to join a fast-growing and dynamic brand, playing a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, ensuring customers stay engaged throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with marketing, data, and product teams, you will refine customer journeys, enhance segmentation strategies, and contribute to innovative CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other direct marketing channels
  • Manage the CRM calendar, ensuring timely and relevant customer communications
  • Build automated customer journeys, optimising engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotions

What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years' experience in a CRM, customer retention, or lifecycle marketing role
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and CRM best practices
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly
