About the Role:

As our marketing executive, you will be responsible for managing the brand and positioning of 1st Horizon across all mediums. Areas of focus will include social media, digital advertising, website management, data analytics, content management, PR and internal and external communications. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our marketing strategies including increasing brand awareness, and enhancing our digital footprint.

This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart marketing across our 3 distinct divisions - Measurement, Feasibility / Planning Studies and the Hire / Distribution of specialist measurement equipment. You will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic marketing plans to delivering on digital blog posts and supporting and driving the social media initiatives in line with business objectives and continued growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to engage new customers and maintain 1st Horizon’s presence and profile within the sector.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to support the 3 distinct business divisions.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external collateral.
  • Create visual and written content for the website, social media posts, advertisements and marketing campaigns, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Conduct analysis of marketing initiatives and share insights with relevant colleagues to improve customer experience and ROI.
  • Assist in researching and implementing enhancements to the website and digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary assets and materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content and communication plans to support business activities.
  • Support and coordinate the planning, execution and promotion of internal and external events.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within a professional services or construction environment.
  • Graphic design / videographer / photography skills beneficial (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva or similar).
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn; Instagram and Facebook are a plus.
  • Sales enablement experience, such as presentation materials and content support.
  • Proficient in English, as copywriting is also essential for this role.
