Winner Recruitment are currently looking for a Branch based Commercial Consultant to join our fantastic team, based at our newly refurbished office in Barnsley town center. We are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such, we are looking for someone who has experience of running a successful commercial desk.

The duties of the Commercial Consultant include:

  • Delivering an excellent service to our candidates and existing clients
  • Building strong raports with clients ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles and the right clients
  • Generating new business and building your desk from a cold start
  • Attracting, sourcing, and recruiting new candidates
  • Advertising jobs
  • Registering candidates
  • Completing compliance checks
  • Atending client visits
  • Negotiating charge rates
  • Focus on both temp and perm business with long term partnerships in mind

The Ideal Commercial Consultant will have:

  • Experience within the Commercial recruitment environment
  • Experience of running a full 360 desk
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • The drive and hunger to earn UNCAPPED commissions
  • A genuine passion for recruitment
  • The understanding of providing a quality service to both client and candidates.

Competitive base salary, plus up to 20% UNCAPPED commission from day one!

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8 am – 4.00 pm term time
