Head of B2B Customer Relations & Aftersales 35k-40k

A wonderful opportunity has arisen with one of my key clients who have asked me to find them and experienced customer focused and sales orientated candidate to head the Customer Service function.

You are not managing a team however you will be manging the function and improving the processes that are already in place.

My client has been established for over 16 years and are known internationally for the specialised products that are used within the textile industry.

The Managing Director & General Manager are looking for someone to take ownership of the customer journey, interacting with the senior management team, external sales executives and most importantly the customer.

The customers are business to business clients so I am looking for an individual who has worked extensively with industry clients and not general public.

This is not a call centre environment so again my client is not looking for individuals who have predominately managed large customer service teams, this is not that type of role.

The ideal candidate will have worked for a manufacturing or engineering organisation supporting the sales customer service function. Again, my client is looking for someone that can bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience as they do want someone that can bring fresh ideas and procedures to the existing platform.

The overall brief for this role will be

  • Managing the daily interaction with B2B clients
  • Develop and improve the customer service journey
  • Assist in growing the business by leading on specific project with new and potential clients within the UK and across Europe & Asia
