Our Client is a market leading manufacturer and are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Technician with a background in machine repair, PPM and problem solving at their Barnsley site.
What you can expect in this role:

  • Production plant and equipment maintenance
  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Day to day machine breakdown resolution
  • Working alternative weekends

What we need from you:

  • Be an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years industrial experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
  • Have previous experience in a fast paced engineering environment.
  • Be computer literate with experience of CMMS systems
  • Be able to work under your own initiative
  • Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.

  • 37.5 Hours a week (Week 1 Mon - Fri 8 - 4:30 / Week 2 Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun 6am - 4pm)
