Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and parents
- Assist in the planning and organisation of school events
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Teacher
Profile
A successful Interim PA should have:
- A strong background in administrative or secretarial support roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Offer
- An hourly salary range of approximately £14 - £15
