Role Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their mortgage and protection enquiry and validating leads for the Mortgage Advisory team. You will provide exceptional client care, build strong relationships, and support our clients through their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist clients in understanding their mortgage and protection application.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
