We are looking for an Administrator for a permanent position based with our client in Rotherham.
Salary is 24,000 per annum.
This will be working 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties
- Help organise internal resources to complete jobs on multiple sites and issue necessary instructions and paperwork.
- Assist in administration tasks within the branch as required.
- Create spreadsheets, word documents, send emails plus other IT related tasks.
- Filing & organisation of branch paperwork
- Answer telephone calls from clients and fellow members of staff and deal with the calls accordingly.
- Help to administer the companies CRM system and other company systems.
- To provide administrative support to branch manager, contract managers etc.
- All other general administrative duties
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
Ideal Candidate
- A good level of IT literacy, including familiarity with Sage 50/200
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organisation and attention to detail
