Day Rate: 230 p/d

PSR Solutions are working with a well renowned subcontractor, specialising in the groundworks of Government Led framework developments such as Water treatment Facilities. They are looking to appoint a Working Foreman for their Project team.

Although this role would require you to hold a 360 Operator Ticket and spend some time working hands on, it is still essential that you have management experience as you would be a go to Senior figure on site.

Throughout the contract duration, you would be reporting to a Project Manager, whilst overseeing day to day operations of the package you are appointed to. Within the subcontractor management, HSE oversight and quality assurance will be essential. Time management and leadership skills are key in ensuring the projects life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.

Role and duties:

  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Produce schedules and monitor attendance
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
  • Resolve problems when they arise
  • Report on progress to managers, engineers etc

Experience/Qualifications:

  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • 360 Operator Ticket
  • CSCS
  • 1st AID
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong communication skills
