Job Title: Children’s Residential Team Leader
Location: Barnsley, United Kingdom
Hours: Average of 173 hours per month, inclusive of 11 “sleep-ins” a month (not contractual but expected). The shift pattern is 2 on, 4 off, with an additional shift in between.

Responsibilities:
- To assist the Registered Managers and his/hers Deputy to promote good child care practice within the home
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children in the home.
- Manage day-to-day tasks and rotas.
- Collaborate with external contacts to provide high-quality care and education.
- To be directly involved in Case Planning Meetings, LAC Reviews, PEP Meetings and attend any other meetings which involves the YP in the home.
- To assist the Registered Manager in ensuring specific administrative tasks are performed accurately.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a children’s residential setting.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Passion for working with children.
- Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification for work in Children's Residential
