Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their growing regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role include:
- General housing litigation matters such as anti-social behaviour, possession claims, and injunctions.
- Civil Litigation matters including; contractual disputes, property disputes, construction litigation
- Assisting the legal team with employment matters, such as discrimination cases and HR queries.
Experience for the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
- The successful candidate doesn't need to have experience in all of the above as there is fantastic training and development opportunities within the Council.
