Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role include:

  • General housing litigation matters such as anti-social behaviour, possession claims, and injunctions.
  • Civil Litigation matters including; contractual disputes, property disputes, construction litigation
  • Assisting the legal team with employment matters, such as discrimination cases and HR queries.

Experience for the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:

  • The successful candidate doesn't need to have experience in all of the above as there is fantastic training and development opportunities within the Council.
