Key responsibilities of the Senior Property Lawyer role:

Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:

  • Directly managing 3 Lawyers and 1 Legal assistant.
  • Assisting with allocation of work, personal development and 1:1s.
  • Supporting and deputising for the Principal Lawyer and providing training and support to Lawyers in the team.
  • Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
  • Right to buy matters.
  • Option agreements and development agreements.
  • Residential and commercial property.
  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Landlord and tenant matters.
