Hays Education is seeking an Experienced Pastoral Manager to join a large, well-established academy in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to cover a maternity leave from January to July 2025.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with an established team to enhance educational outcomes.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastoral Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
