Key Responsibilities
- Opening new files and inputting instructions into the Case Management System
- Keeping the Case Management System updated as matters progress
- Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting with replies to enquiries
- Ordering searches and handling exchanges and related paperwork
- Setting up completions and issuing mortgage reports to clients
