A maintenance contractor is seeking trades staff for a 4-bedroom house renovation on the Wakefield/Barnsley border, including roles such as Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber, Gas Engineer, and Tiler.
These full-time positions offer pay ranging from £19ph to £22ph, with the Gas Engineer position offering slightly higher compensation.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in their relevant trade and possess NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications; Gas Engineers must also have Gas Safe registration.
All roles will involve aspects of demolition, removal works, and assisting other trades as required, and candidates must provide two satisfactory references from within the last 12 months.
The job is expected to last around 3 months, with potential for future work and options for holiday pay and a pension.
