  • Offering admin support to the estimators
  • Maintaining customer records on the in house system
  • Producing job reports
  • Answering customer queries
  • Use problem solving skills to address queries
  • Checking payments have been received and final invoicing
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Chasing outstanding debt
  • Organising office events where required
  • Supporting the operations manager
  • Other ad hoc duties

You must have excellent problem solving skills, be adaptable to change if something urgent comes in, be able to handle high volumes of orders and also work together as a team.
