Position - Primary Tutor

End date (if applicable) - Ongoing tutoring roles
Area - Barnsley
Hours - Flexible Hours (at least 1 hour per day 5 days a week per pupil)
Pay - GBP20 - GBP30 per hour

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of Primary Tutors across Barnsley, to support students in their learning and helping them get back on track to get back into education.
For this role you will be working with students who have recently been excluded or students with EHCP's and need additional support/alternative education offered, so experience with this prior will be valuable.
Ideally we are looking for Tutors who can do 1 or 2 hours per day with each student, but will consider part time availabilty!
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold QTS or Previous experience of working with students on 1:1 basis.
HLTA or equivalent qualification/experience would also be ideal
Proven track record of improving students performances.
Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable.
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
DBS on update service.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional references.
