Responsibilities:
- Managing Client relationships and delivering proposals.
- Regular contact with customers ensuring any requirements that they have can be met, or updating CRM with Customer information.
- Attending networking events which are appropriate.
- Searching for new Business Clients.
- Delivering sales proposals to prospective new Customers.
- Explaining costs or expenditures and new business terms if necessary to clients.
- Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with all products and services supplied.
- Contributing information by assessing current products at clients that can be enhanced with additional sales.
- Monitoring competitors' products, and new technology applicable to our products.
- Training on products and any software will be provided.
