Prospero Teaching are looking for three people with a keen interest in SEND to work as Educational Health Care Senior Case Manager in South Yorkshire in a Hybrid/Remote working role.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - South Yorkshire
Position - Educational Health Care Senior Case Manager
Start date - ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
End date (if applicable) - N/A
Full time/part time - Full Time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP120 per day
Hours - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
You will need to be able to evidence your experience in carrying out needs led integrated assessments for ages for children and young people aged 0-19, collaboratively working with service users, and other professionals.
QTS - desirable
You will need significant experience of handling tribunals and mediations
Excellent IT and organisational skills
Be able to prioritise your own workload and also meet statutory timescales
Knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person centred multi-agency meetings
Ability to demonstrate your ability to construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments, to meet the needs of children and young people and help them to achieve outcomes
Good understanding of the issues facing families where children and young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities
Knowledge of the Person Centre planning and processes
Experience in chairing and leading meetings and experience of problem solving, resolving conflict and mediation

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
