The Role:
As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:?? Support students with SEN, boosting their confidence and engagement.?? Work alongside educators to tailor EHCPs and Behaviour Plans to individual needs.?? Foster strong, positive relationships that encourage learning and trust.?? Create an inclusive environment that nurtures independence.?? Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
