Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Direct or transferable experience working with SEN students.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.
