Role Overview:
The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults efficiently.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise machine performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3)
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, with either a mechanical or electrical bias.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
