Key Responsibilities of the Property Co-ordinator:

Maintaining luxury apartments to a high standard.
Conducting regular inspections and inventories.
Coordinating with contractors and housekeepers to ensure timely and thorough job completion.
Purchasing replacement items for those misplaced or broken.
Preparing apartments for listing.
Addressing and resolving guest queries.

Key Requirements for the Property Co-ordinator:

Experience in property management.
A full, clean UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in using CRMs and property management software is a plus.
