Responsibilities: (Whilst working 12-hour days and nights)
* Maintain and repair a range of modern food processing and packaging machinery.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Candidate criteria:
* Level 3 engineering qualification minimum
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
