Job Title: Relationship Manager£35, 000 to £40, 000  Barnstaple About Our Client:Join a leading Barnstaple-based company renowned for delivering first in class delivery and service to clients across the UK.  Role Overview:As a Relationship Manager, you will report directly to the Business Manager, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our clients, suppliers, customers and stakeholders. What will the Relationship Managers responsibilities be? 
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organisation.
  • Drive performance improvements based on measurable KPIs, focusing on operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing communication and processes, both internally and externally.
  • Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and support data entry for the Relationship Managers and Business Manager.
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues and external/internal sub-contractors.
 What will the Relationship Manager do?
  • Manage order administration and sales order processing.
  • Project manage delivery of work, ensuring a precise and methodical approach is adhered to with the customer always coming first
  • Handle input data and ensure delivery is on time and within agreed standards
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the team.
What Qualifications and Experience will the Relationship Manager have?
  • Proven ability to accurately enter data into inhouse databases.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical and English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/food/professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive experience in change management.
  • Familiarity with data base systems and their application in business management.
