- Provide Admin support to Business Systems including ERP and CRM related systems
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to Business Applications
- Managing the Business Systems helpdesk queue
- Investigating and resolving all types of application support issues/requests
- Work closely with our Business Applications Analyst offering support where needed
- Application support experience
- Good working knowledge of MS/SQL
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning
- Good documentation skills
